Thank you for this guys. I was once told by a teacher that I’d amount to nothing more than a Security Guard like my dad.

I was also compared to my super bright cousins who are doctors and engineers/PhDs and told that’s the standard.

Coming to America gave me the lens to see first hand that so called “experts” aren’t always the wisest!

I’ve recently read a book called Key Person of Influence (KPI) and Oversubscribed both by Daniel Priestly who gives the playbook for becoming a KPI.

Thank you guys for pushing me to become a KPI. I’d keep you in the loop for how it goes

Pirate Neil-

You're more than just a Key Person of Influence.

You are a Key Pirate of Impact!!!

We admire you for looking past the teachers and comparisons. Lots of people memorize and regurgitate knowledge and think they are smart. And they think being perceived as smart is what makes the difference.

It's not.

Fewer people create net new Intellectual Capital and make a massive difference in the world. That is the journey we're on together and we love having you on the pirate ship!

Thank you, Pirates. For years, I've been saying to my partner, "If we could just bottle and sell the knowledge, guidance, and results you provide for people daily," but I had no real idea how to make it happen. Thanks to this and the mini books, I have the confidence and the tools to start.
