The theme that I valued about this podcast episode was the importance of shared core values in finding your bandmates. It's interesting because people don't often articulate or share what their values are, their purpose or mission. There's a great degree of vulnerability in sharing your core values. When I've joined new teams I make it a point to share my mission, purpose, and what I stand for. It's made a huge difference in collaborating. I find that I work at my best and am my best when I work/collaborate/partner with people who share similar values, especially making a difference for others. Great episode!

Agree 100% Lydia. It can be vulnerable, but also a great test to tell if it's the company or client you want to work with.
